The University of Florida (UF) uses the standard 4.0 GPA scale. All letter grades A through F are used, including plus and minus grades. UF requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 to maintain good academic standing. Students who fall below 2.0 may be placed on academic probation.

UF's plus/minus grading system: A=4.0, A-=3.67, B+=3.33, B=3.0, B-=2.67, C+=2.33, C=2.0, C-=1.67, D+=1.33, D=1.0, D-=0.67, F=0. Note: UF uses 3.67 for A- (not 3.7), so results may vary slightly from standard calculations.
